In a Facebook post by Libz Legendz , Mzee B grave's worrying condition has been revealed. Luo music lovers, there has been circulated worst condition of the late Mzee B 2 Star's grave. This was witnessed last year when Mr Dee had paid a courtesy visit to the deceased ancestral home and took some pics near the grave. As lango music fraternity, they were seeking for permission from the family members to organize Mzee B memorial concerts so as to support the family and as well renovation of his grave. But this didn't go well with Manager prince making him a major blockage in the above initiative.
Undisclosed sources states that the grave for Mzee B is still in worst condition than at the time Mr Dee visited.
According to Mr. Dee, Manager Ghetto Prince who has even abandoned it without any attendance??
Late Mzee B 2 Star's perspective about artists in 2018.
"Artists (musicians) are very poor honored people but some many don't understand ....
We don't have money completely but we try to let u feel inspired by what we do.
We live a very miserable life but when we come out we just smile and make u feel okay ....
We are always broke not because we don't plan well but simply because our industry is not embraced so much by our own.
You will get a friend and a fan and he or she will want to buy the whole Bar for u but not knowing that,that money would have done something so grateful to the artists life.
This Shame of borrowing all the time from friends is the only factor that makes most of celebrities to commit suicide.
Because along the way you become a bore and a burden to the few close persons to you.
So fearing that fact that people will laugh at yes makes you do such a stupid act.
But we pray for the best.
So young artists advice here save money when you can time will come when there is nothing no body then I.don't know.....
Stop bragging,be humble knowing that the life you are in is temporary..will fed but you will remain. May God bless you this December."
Manager Prince's reply to accusations
According to prince, the truth will live forever and via his Facebook account he said.
"Am manager prince of 2 Stars Entertainment .former manager to the late Mzee B 2 Stars alias King Beniman.
He went on to say, I did not stop anyone from renovating the grave of our fallen hero but l only stopped Mr.Dee & his colleagues from doing a memorial Concert reason being by the time of his death (Mzee B) , l was still managing him so that means l still have authority over everything concerning his music and branding and this made many people took him wrong person.
On 3rd August 2020 when Ben died his wife landed in the country in 2021 to pay her last respect to her husband, her plan was to work on that grave but the same human beings who felt they were so close to the late led to the failure of working on the grave and the woman left the country without working on her husband's grave with their hidden plans of eating that money because the woman became wise and she wanted to give the money to me (manager) but they became jealous at me by telling the woman alot of lies that l'm going to misuse that money if she gives me that 8,000,000 million shillings only so the woman had no choice than leaving with her money back to the United Kingdom, (U).
From no where they had a meeting around Mr.Dee' s studio called Tuff Beat in Lira to defame me about eating 8 millions given by the late's wife to work on the grave of which l didn't ate the money but their intentions was just to make me look bad before the people of Luo and our 2 stars Entertainment fans at large. This Year, 2024 we have been communicating so much with the late's wife of which she told me herself anytime from this month she will be coming in the country herself to make sure that the grave of her husband is built to a standard of his own before reaching the month of August when he passed on.
Personally as Manager Prince, there are those particular people who have been saying that I am very very bad and they will never see any good part in me which is okay with me.But is there any artist manager who can do what i did really??
I was there for Ben from day one of his sickness in and out of the hospital whether it was raining or not until he died wen am there at 5:30 AM. I'm the last person on earth, Muzee B talked to and before finally he died from his sick bed in Mulago. l took his body home and was buried when i was there. For some of you who have never taken care of a cancer patient will never understand what l went through in and out of the hospital. Only the Almighty God in heaven knows everything and he will pay me back one day l believe,Amen.
Manger Prince To Mr. Dee and bus group who are spreading propaganda against his name.
This one goes to Mr.Dee, you have been telling the world that you were the one driving me and the late Muzee B in and out of Uganda Cancer lnstitute, Mulago during Covid-19, Which car were you using because by then private cars were not allowed to move easily during lock down. For me what l know is that you as Mr. Dee never even drove us anywhere not even to a mere clinic. Stop seeking for cheap popularity. I don't have any problems with you and l don't hate you either but be real in the eyes of the public.
The person who sacrificed all his time to help us during the lock down period is my brother who is working there at Uganda Cancer lnstitute, Mulago (Manager Isaac) he was using ambulance of the hospital and other hospital cars to transport us anywhere we wanted to go and he was there with us from the beginning and up to the end.
This is the truth that Ugandans and the whole world need to know. An artist dies but his or her music will never die, so his music, brand is to be protected for life as long as we are still live and that is what am doing and forever. 2 Stars Entertainment company will be protected as copyright is mended. The big question on the table is ,
1. Can Lango artists fail to contribute just 10 Uganda shillings only each for the renovation with their current numbers like Brazen Rule, Profesa Maros , Dr. Flexxy, Gyes, and others ??
2. What is the stand for Lango Musicians association toward this initiative of giving 2 Star Muzee Beniman's grave decency
3. Was it necessary to first organize a concert inorder to gather money to work on the state of 2 Star Muzee Beniman's grave?
The reason why Northern Uganda music industry has failed to develop is because of lack of love, both among artists and the fans who only wants to listen to the songs of the late when they have die. When are going to start appreciating our fellow artists from Northern Uganda? It starts with you, spread the love not war.
