The woman Member of Parliament of Kitgum District in the eleventh parliament, Dr. Lillian Aber was noticed donning with the UPDF uniform during a cleaning drive in Kitgum whereby both leaders of the district and municipality came together in this common cause. Uganda People Defence Force,UPDF demanded for her explanation, to which she has expressed regret.
The MP has indeed apologised."The officer who gave her the uniform has been arrested and will be reprimanded. For National Unity Platform,NUP political prisoners, they've never apologized to us so we left them to deal with the law," Afande Felix Kulayigye on Hon. Aber Lillian's uniform saga.
